Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cardiographer (Band 3) to join our ECG team across Bournemouth and Poole. The role centres on accurate ECG acquisition in outpatient settings and managing ambulatory monitor clinics with training provided.

The post requires NHS experience, ECG training and BLS certification. You will be part of a nine-strong ECG team within our cardiac physiology service and contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic NHS environment.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs at C level or above.
• BLS.
• Previous ECG training.

Responsibilities

• Accurately acquire ECGs in an outpatient setting.
• Prepare and run ambulatory monitor clinics for the Cardiology service.
• Work across Bournemouth and Poole sites, supporting non-invasive cardiology.
• Maintain patient-centred care and uphold high clinical standards.
