Job summary

Nuffield Health Oxford Manor Hospital is seeking an RN with cardiac Cath Lab experience to join our private cardiac service on a bank, part-time basis. You will scrub and circulate for procedures, support pre-assessment and discharge, and work with consultants to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role involves managing the patient journey from admission to recovery, balancing workload within a small team, and contributing to a caring, professional environment.

Qualifications

• RN with post-registration experience.
• Experience in Cardiac Catheter lab environment.
• Ability to manage own clinical workload within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Providing a specialist private cardiac service for device implantation and cardioversion.
• Involved in whole patient journey from pre-assessment to discharge.
• Act as scrub nurse to Consultants and maintain high professional standards.
• Coordinate with ward/recovery staff to ensure admission and preparation for Cath Lab procedures.
