Job summary

Enfuce is seeking a Card Scheme Project Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and deliver card scheme initiatives. You will support the BIN Sponsorship team, maintain documentation, and assist with scheme and tokenization-related tasks across multiple internal teams.

You will learn about card schemes, payment networks, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with the Senior Card Scheme Project Manager on milestones, risks, and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude with willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in card schemes, payment networks, tokenization, and compliance.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and closure of card scheme projects.
• Assist with project administration: plans, logs, notes, status updates, RAID logs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and track dependencies.
• Support tokenization projects (Apple Pay/Google Pay) and BIN Sponsorship workflows.
• Maintain and update scheme-related documentation and reporting.
