Job summary

PX Group is recruiting a Plant Manager for NZT to oversee the Carbon Capture Plant on Teesside. You will ensure compliance with the px Operating Standard through strategic leadership, directing actions and results, and maintaining high performance across operations.

You will receive tailored on‑the‑job training, coaching, mentoring and regular development reviews to enhance your competence and contribution to the project.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in energy/major hazard industries preferred.
• Senior management experience in a similar sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective running of the Plant in line with client requirements and px standards.
• Be the site role model for zero harm SHEQ and corporate values.
• Build and manage client relationships to meet px and client requirements for safe, efficient asset operation.
• Develop and deliver the Annual Operating Plan with procedures and systems for the site; monitor performance and reporting.
• Plan, justify, and control budgets and contracts to optimise financial performance.
• Collaborate with px employees, clients, contractors and external authorities to advance site objectives.
