• Contact prospective customers expressing interest in holiday home ownership.
• Engage with holiday guests to explore sales opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Communicate with prospective buyers and guide them through the ownership process.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with financing options for their holiday home purchase.
• Foster relationships for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
