Park Holidays UK is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our caravan sales team. No prior experience is necessary as training and support are provided. The role involves engaging customers, posting social media ads, and building homeowner relationships to drive part-exchange opportunities.

You will work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, with opportunities for career growth in a thriving holiday park industry environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in marketing activities to maximise new and part-exchange opportunities.
• Post social media advertisements to attract potential customers.
• Build relationships with current holiday homeowners to identify part-exchange opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in holiday home ownership.
• Engage with holiday guests to explore sales opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Communicate with prospective buyers to understand their needs and guide them through the ownership process.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Holiday Home Sales Manager.
• Assist customers in exploring financing options with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
