Perfect Placement UK Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead a high-end dealership and drive performance across luxury vehicles including EVs.

You will manage the sales team, develop strategies to enhance customer experience, handle finance/insurance processes, and maintain a premium service standard within a prestigious brand.

This role offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 with uncapped OTE, a monthly car allowance of £800, and a modern showroom environment.
