Job summary

Snows Toyota in Honiton is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our showroom team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, guiding customers to the right products and closing sales with integrity.

Full training will be given, and the role offers a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission and a company car. Regular hours apply with weekend shifts as listed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Able to plan and meet deadlines, attention to detail.
• PC, Microsoft, and web literacy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the most suitable options to customers and guide them toward the right product.
• Agree the price, payment method, and any finance arrangements directly with the customer.
• Plan and organise daily selling activity and reach out to prospects.
• Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability and update customer records.
• Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure satisfaction and foster future business.
• Work with colleagues across the dealership to provide seamless service.
