Job summary

BCT Resourcing is recruiting a Car Sales Executive for an established automotive retail group in Thurrock. You will handle showroom, phone and online enquiries, guiding customers from enquiry to close while delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a £22,500 base salary plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with top performers earning £65,000+ OTE. A strong track record in automotive sales and a full UK driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable vehicles and products.
• Following an established sales process from enquiry through to close.
• Maximising sales and profitability opportunities.
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
