BCT Resourcing is partnering with a leading automotive retail group to strengthen its sales team with an experienced Car Sales Executive. The role offers a £22,500 basic salary plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with top performers earning £65,000+ per year.

You will manage all stages of the sales journey and drive customer satisfaction within a dynamic, career-focused environment. The package includes generous holiday allowance, modern facilities, and extensive training with progression

Qualifications

• Proven experience within automotive car sales.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and results-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries
• Qualify customer requirements and identify suitable vehicles
• Follow established sales process from enquiry to close
• Maximise sales and profitability opportunities
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Work towards and exceed targets
• Maintain accurate enquiry management
