Job summary

D.M.Keith Ltd in Sheffield, part of the AM top 50 car dealers, is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Changan Sheffield team. You will listen to customers, tailor solutions, and drive sales against targets in a busy, family‑run environment.

Full training is provided. The package includes a basic salary of £23,000–£27,000 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE up to £60,000, a company vehicle, 30 days leave, eye‑test contribution, and cycle‑to‑work options.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen to customer needs and adapt to each client.
• Confident working to targets and deadlines.
• Experience converting enquiries into sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer appointments and prospect for new business to maximise car sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a target-driven environment.
• Attend manufacturer training and use internal programs to improve performance.
