Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our nationwide network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, focusing on car purchases, appraisals, and closing deals while driving high customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive £28,200 base salary with generous monthly and annual bonuses, on a 42.5-hour week with a rotating shift pattern and weekend work. Training is provided to learn product knowledge and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Current UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is essential.
• Strong customer-focused communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent workload organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Strong administration and IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operation as the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and manage your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
