Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing UK network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handle appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers progression, a competitive salary with generous bonuses, and a supportive team. Expect 42.5 hours weekly on a 5-on/2-off shift, including weekends, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.
