Job summary

webuyanycar is hiring a Sales Executive in Wolverhampton. The role involves buying cars, driving branch efficiency, and acting as the main customer contact. You will schedule appointments, meet targets, and negotiate prices while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is customer-facing with strong communication skills, able to work independently in a target-driven environment. 42.5 hours/week, weekend work, with a comprehensive bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
