Perfect Placement UK Ltd are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive at a well-established main dealer in Northampton, Northamptonshire. You will build strong customer relationships and drive sales of a wide range of vehicles.

This role offers a basic salary of £20,000 rising to £23,000 with accreditation, an attractive bonus and benefits package, and clear career progression within a reputable dealer group. Working hours are Monday to Friday and Saturdays/Sundays on a rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the motor trade.
• Confident in delivering exceptional customer service to a variety of clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting clients in vehicle purchases.
• Conduct vehicle handovers efficiently, adhering to customer timelines.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote the dealership’s range of vehicles and services.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales processes.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry updates to better serve customers.
