Listers Group Limited is seeking a Car Sales Executive in Lincoln. You will match customers with the right vehicle, discuss features and add-ons, and guide them from financing to contracts to ensure satisfaction.

You will build rapport, pursue opportunities through calls, enquiries, and walk-ins, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining FCA and data protection standards. Training will be provided if needed.

Qualifikationen

• Previous car sales experience or sales management background is advantageous.
• Must be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong rapport-building and customer facing skills are essential.
• Motor trade or automotive dealership exposure is preferred but training is provided.

Aufgaben

• Build trust and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
• Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-ups, inbound enquiries, and walk-ins.
• Drive monthly KPI performance for units, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-ons.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and data protection in collecting customer and vehicle data.
