Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing UK network. You will be the main customer point of contact and drive branch performance through effective diary management and sales activities.

This role offers a £28,200 annual salary (OTE £35,220), with fantastic monthly and annual bonuses. You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern, including weekends, and receive comprehensive on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will: buy cars and act as the main point of contact for customers; contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations.
