Job summary

Listers Group is seeking a Car Sales Executive for our Skoda Dealership in Coventry. The role involves matching customers with the right vehicle, managing financing options, and ensuring a first-class buying experience from qualification to contract.

The position includes a company car and an OTE of £55,000. Working hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota basis; training and development are offered within a long-standing, well-established UK motor retailer

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or motor trade is desirable.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Match customers to the right vehicle and options to suit their life.
• Build trust and communicate effectively to exceed customer expectations.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting and follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Achieve monthly KPI targets for unit sales, profitability, and finance penetration.
• Ensure accurate collection of customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and data protection obligations.
