Job summary

Listers Group is seeking a Car Sales Executive for our Volkswagen Dealership in Nuneaton. The role involves guiding customers from selection to finance and contracts, ensuring a personalised match and total satisfaction.

The position requires strong sales abilities, effective communication, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Training is provided, and a company car may be available as part of the OTE package.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales is preferred, though full training will be provided.
• You will hold a valid UK driving licence.
• You will be able to build rapport quickly with customers.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
• Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins and online inquiries.
• Aim to maximise monthly KPI metrics for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Comply with FCA and data protection by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data.
