Listers Group in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Car Sales Executive for its SKODA dealership. You will help customers choose the right car, handle financing and contracts, and strive for total satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

The role demands strong communication and a track record of meeting targets. A UK driving licence is essential; full training is provided. The package includes an OTE of £54,000 and a company car, with a Monday–Saturday pattern and Sunday on a rota.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in car sales or retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Holding a valid UK driving licence is required.
• Motor trade or automotive experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Qualify leads and understand customer needs to match the right vehicle and add-ons.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins and online inquiries.
• Aim to maximise profit by meeting monthly KPIs for unit sales, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by collecting customer data accurately.
