Job summary

Sytner Group is offering a permanent Sales Executive role with a base salary of £20,000 and uncapped commission potential, plus excellent employee benefits. You’ll be the primary contact for customers in the dealership, helping them choose and buy their car while delivering first-class service.

The role may include weekends and requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to sales. On top of base pay, there is an achievable OTE of £50,000, a company car, and access to Manufacturer Car

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales background.
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible patterns.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs on the car-buy journey.
• Be the main point of contact for customers in the dealership.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through the sales process.
