The role requires engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and working flexible patterns (including weekends).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact for customers during the car buying journey.
• Understand customer needs and provide a first-class service.
