Job summary

Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role at a base salary of £20,000 with the potential to earn a generous commission (OTE £45,000). You will be the key contact for customers throughout the car buying journey, delivering first-class service and building lasting relationships at Sytner MINI Coventry.

Role includes weekend work, a company car, and access to discounted schemes, MOT and servicing, and various retailer discounts as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A full and valid UK driving licence is advantageous.
• Be prepared to attend an assessment centre.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the car buying journey with contact and support.
• Understand customer needs and advise on suitable vehicle options.
• Provide excellent service and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Work patterns may include weekends to maintain service levels.
