Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a New or Used Car Sales Executive for a main dealership in the Tonbridge area, Kent. The role offers a basic salary of £18,000 plus commission, holiday pay, a company car and fuel allowance, with an OTE around £50k for achieving circa 140 cars per annum via strong finance and product sales.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm, Sat 8:30am–5pm, Sun/Bank Hols 10:30am–4pm on a rota (approx. 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu weekly. Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles.
• Follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
• You will be driven and highly motivated to succeed, with a professional approach and first class people skills.

• Demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.)
• Work in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry, and will be very successful in your career.
• Follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
• Be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
• You must have a valid UK driving licence
