Job summary

Silcom Recruitment seeks a Car Sales Executive for a leading dealership in Swindon, representing popular brands. You will greet customers in showroom and forecourt, identify preferences, explain vehicle features, attend test drives, and negotiate pricing and financing options.

A UK driving licence is required, with a 5-day week and strong earning potential. The package includes £16,500 basic salary with an OTE of £55,000, and hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am–6:00 pm, Sat 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with 1 in 2

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or automotive retail.
• Strong organisational and professional approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet targets.
• Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in showroom and forecourt.
• Identify customer preferences and suggest suitable vehicles.
• Provide details on features, options and warranties (new & used).
• Accompany customers on test drives.
• Discuss pricing, sale terms and financing options.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
