Renault Retail Group is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive for Dacia Bristol in Brislington. You will guide customers from enquiry to handover, presenting new and approved used vehicles while delivering a professional and enjoyable buying experience.

The role requires automotive retail sales experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence. You will work 45 hours weekly with a basic salary of £23,000 plus OTE and company car after probation.

Qualifications

• Introduce finance, insurance, service plans, warranties and protection products in a FCA-compliant manner.
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-up activities and vehicle orders through to handover.
• Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems and CRM platforms.
• Support customers throughout the buying journey with excellent care.

Join Our Sales Team at Dacia Bristol

Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at Dacia Bristol on Whitby Road, Brislington, Bristol.

Based at Pioneer Park in Brislington, Dacia Bristol serves customers from across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and the surrounding area.

You’ll be joining a welcoming, customer-focused dealership representing the Dacia brand, helping customers choose from a wide range of new and approved used vehicles.

Working as part of a combined New and Used Car Sales Team, you’ll guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, whilst delivering a professional and enjoyable customer experience.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with recent automotive retail sales experience, ideally gained within a franchised dealership environment.

You’ll ideally demonstrate:

• Experience in car sales or automotive retail sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries effectively
• Confidence presenting vehicles, finance products and associated services

Experience using automotive retail systems such as CDK Drive, Keyloop Showroom, CitNOW or similar platforms would be advantageous, although transferable experience will also be considered.

Driving Licence Requirement: A full UK manual driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct customer test drives and drive demonstrator, stock and customer vehicles as part of their day-to-day duties.

Hours & Pay

You will work an average of 45 hours per week.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

This role operates on a 5-day working week, typically comprising four weekdays plus Saturday. The dealership is closed on Sundays.

Basic salary is £23,000 pa, with OTE of £45,000 pa that is achievable and regularly reached. Top performers earn significantly more.

A demonstrator vehicle is provided from day one, with access to a company car after one month's service.
