Command Recruitment seeks an experienced Car Sales Executive for a franchised dealership in Romford. You will manage the full sales journey from enquiry to handover, delivering a superior customer experience and achieving targets.

The role offers a realistic OTE with uncapped earnings, a company car, and ongoing training within a successful dealer group. A Monday–Friday schedule with Sunday on a rota may apply.

Are you an experienced Car Sales Executive looking to join a successful franchised dealership in Romford? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive retailer seeking a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right new or used vehicle to suit their needs. You'll manage the complete sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, maximising every opportunity to achieve and exceed your targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering first-class customer service
• Manage customer enquiries from showroom visits, telephone and online leads
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present finance, insurance and value-added products
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

About You

You’ll ideally have:

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• No Saturday working
• Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Sundays on a rota)
• Time off in lieu provided for Sunday working where applicable

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and only occasional Sunday working.
