Car Sales Executive - MG Dealership, Solihull

We are recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join our MG Dealership in Solihull, ahead of our new dealership opening in June/July 2025. MG is a rapidly growing automotive brand with an exciting lineup of new models.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis. One Saturday off per month for a full weekend off. Hours are 8:30am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am to 5pm (Sat), and 10am to 4pm (Sun).

Benefits: Company car usage and an OTE of £55,000.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensure each customer feels valued by understanding their needs and matching them with suitable vehicles, features, and add-ons.
  • Manage financing, contracts, and aim for total customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
  • Maximize opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and internet leads.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Comply with FCA and data protection regulations by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
About You
  • Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the potential for a successful career in the industry.
  • Valid UK driving license.
