Bury St Edmunds

Salary and Hours

Basic salary is £20k plus commission. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-6, Saturday 8:30-5, and Sunday 10-4. You work every other Sunday and get a day off during the week.

Sales Targets and Earnings

Three bandings depending on units sold (new and used), which can change monthly. Typically 10-13 cars with an average profit and F&I sales of approximately £30k. The salary is uncapped.

Role Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales.
  • Maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting objectives.
  • Determined to succeed and driven to perform daily.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Smart appearance and well-organized.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
