Job Title: Sales Executive (Golf Apparel)

Location: Remote / Field-Based role (Covering South East England - Kent | Surrey | Sussex, South M25 corridor / West of London | Jersey and Guernsey)

Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in the golf retail industry, offers an exciting employment opportunity within their expanding business. As a dynamic and growing company, they are recruiting for this key role. You will have the chance to gain an industry-recognized qualification within your first 18 months if desired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Field sales to wholesale trade accounts including golf retailers, corporate clients, and niche markets such as outdoor sports, gardening, and motorcycling.
  • Add new customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for existing customers in Southeast England.
  • Secure, process, and monitor customer orders.
  • Provide product knowledge, advice, and sales training to boost sales.
  • Distribute marketing materials and POS assets to customers.
  • Track and report sales performance and financial data weekly.
  • Coordinate with Head Office to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Represent the brand at trade exhibitions and events when required.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience as an independent sales representative.
  • Prospecting and lead generation skills; existing relationships with golf pro shops in the southeast are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the golf market and retail trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage appointments and organize customer meetings proactively.
  • Strong interest or passion for golf; competence in playing golf is desirable.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel freely to retail venues.
  • Valid UK driving license.
