Arnold Clark in Wolverhampton is seeking a confident Sales Consultant to join our Motorstore team. The role blends sales with outstanding customer service, helping customers choose the right car and build lasting relationships throughout the process.

You’ll work in a friendly team, deliver top service, and introduce customers to finance and servicing options with integrity. A five-day week and excellent benefits accompany the role.

Formación

• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
• Full driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• Proactive, energetic with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Helping our customers find the right car, based on what they need.
• Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer – going the extra mile.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process.
• Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism.
• Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
• Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises.
• Staying in touch with our customers to offer them a great aftersales experience.
