Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Glasgow is seeking a confident Sales Consultant (Product Consultant) to join our team at the South Street Vauxhall/Peugeot/Citroen/DS/Mazda branch.

This role is heavily sales-focused, offering a five-day week, uncapped commission potential, and strong customer service opportunities as you guide customers from greeting to aftersales.

On offer: £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car, plus OTE £40k-£45k, private healthcare, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Full driving licence for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right car based on needs.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and go the extra mile.
• Build lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Sell finance, servicing, and other packages with integrity.
• Coordinate vehicle orders and delivery to keep operations running.
• Meet monthly sales and customer experience targets.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain contact with customers for aftersales experience.
