GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to join our busy UK branch network. You will build strong customer relationships, handle telephone and online queries, and drive sales through upselling and service excellence.
You will work around 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday, and benefit from a supportive team, bonus opportunities, and a learning environment that grows your career in automotive parts retail.
Competenze
- Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Able to meet and exceed branch and individual sales targets.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Mansioni
- Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
- Answer telephone queries and handle electronic queries in the sales team.
- Fully satisfy customer needs regarding part orders and queries.
- Contribute to positive team performance and promote sales promotions.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
- Develop product knowledge through internal materials and training.
