Job summary

Pertemps Camberley is seeking an experienced Car Park Management Supervisor to lead a small team and uphold Health & Safety across all car park areas. The role includes keeping customer trolleys tidy and accessible, and ensuring driver bays remain unblocked.

The candidate will be responsible for shifts rota and staffing for each shift on a 40-hour, Monday to Sunday operation. Immediate start with temp-to-perm progression is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team in a busy car park setting.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are followed across multistorey and ground floor areas.
• Maintain tidy customer trolleys and ensure availability for customers.
• Manage driver parking bays and access areas to prevent blockages.
• Oversee shift rota planning and staffing for each shift.
• Coordinate daily operations across a Monday-Sunday schedule.

Busy retail outet seeking experienced supervisor, able lead a small team. The role is a Car Park Management Supervisor. To maintain Health & Safety in all car park areas (multistorey and ground floor). Ensure customer trolleys are kept tidy and available for customers. Ensure driver parking bays and access areas are not blocked by trolleys. Responsible for shifts rota and staffing for each shift. Monday to Sunday operation (40 hours paid contract). Immediate start. Temp to Perm opportunity.
