Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Linwood is seeking a friendly Car Park Attendant to assist customers with parking at the branch and record vehicles on site. This customer-facing role suits someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working outdoors and holding a valid driving licence.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with Saturday 9am-1pm, and join a team that values service, safety and a tidy, welcoming car park experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• A full, clean driving licence held for a minimum of one year.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to show efficiency and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to deliver good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers to park their cars and directing them to the right parking areas
• Keeping the car park organised and litter-free
• Helping to park up vehicles when the valeters have completed cleaning
• Making sure cars are facing front on, making it easy for customers to leave the site
• Dealing with any parking enquiries in a helpful and approachable manner
• Keeping a diary of vehicles entering the car park
