Job summary

Aon Captive and Insurance Managers is seeking a Captive Client Leader to oversee major captive client relationships and drive value through sophisticated risk financing strategies. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure profitable growth while delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

The role is hybrid, with options to work from the Guernsey base or St Peter Port office, and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in captive structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance structures and risk financing.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary client teams and coordinating across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead captive client engagement and ensure service delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying fee opportunities and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Coordinate and mentor internal teams across GCCs/domiciles to deliver client outcomes.
• Develop annual account plans and build strategic relationships with senior client contacts.
