Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Capital Works to lead planned capital investment projects across residential properties. The role covers from initiation to handover and final account, requiring strong experience in maintenance, capital works, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and quality, with contractors and delivery partners, while adhering to health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing capital works, planned maintenance, or cyclical investment programs.
• Delivery of projects in occupied residential properties, preferably in social housing.
• Budget management and financial monitoring.
• Contract administration and health & safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lifecycle of planned capital investment projects from inception to final account.
• Lead designated contracts and projects and manage relations with stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, cash flow, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and building regulations.
• Coordinate with Clerks of Works for QA and handovers.
