Zusammenfassung

Southern Housing is seeking a Project Manager (Capital Works) to lead Decent Homes and other major works from concept to completion. You will oversee contractors, budgets and programmes while ensuring regulatory, health & safety, and leaseholder considerations are met.

You will manage risk, coordinate Section 20 consultations, and work across mixed-tenure and leasehold blocks with a hybrid working arrangement where agreed. Significant housing/construction experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience delivering Decent Homes and major works in housing or construction.
• Experience at a comparable scale and value is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and health & safety requirements is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead Decent Homes and major works projects from inception to completion, ensuring regulatory and health & safety compliance.
• Oversee contractor performance, monitor budgets, programmes, cashflows and KPI metrics for value for money.
• Carry out surveys, inspections and defect analysis; prepare specifications and schedules of work.
• Build relationships with residents, contractors and internal teams; resolve issues effectively.
