Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking Project Managers to oversee capital projects across campuses, delivering high-quality spaces for research and education. You will manage from briefing to handover, handling budgets, timelines and procurement while coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure compliant, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or capital projects with value focus.
• Experience preparing and controlling project budgets.
• Experience negotiating with professional consultants.
• Experience leading design and implementation of projects with change management.
• Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC) and procurement procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from briefing through to handover, within Imperial procedures and budgets.
• Plan, monitor and control risks, budgets, programmes, procurement and quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to minimise disruption.
• Support governance, reporting, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
