Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to join a London-based team delivering major infrastructure programmes. You will manage projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to meet scope, cost and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates have proven infrastructure project management experience, NEC contract familiarity, and strong leadership and communication skills to work on aviation and utilities sector initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within infrastructure.
• Experience administering NEC contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Aviation or utilities sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility to handover.
• Lead governance, programme management, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Administer and manage NEC contracts.
• Monitor programme, cost, risk and provide client reporting.
