Job summary

MeiraGTx seeks a Process and Project Engineer to support GMP manufacturing and testing through technical process and project engineering expertise for capital projects, process improvements, and investigations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases, manage budgets and ensure documentation and QA align with regulatory standards across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital and process engineering projects in GMP facilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification.
• Knowledge of validation, quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital and business change projects on time and within budget.
• Support development of business cases and CAPEX documents for capital projects.
• Manage budgets for own capital projects and supervise on-site activities during installation, commissioning and qualification.
• Generate technical documentation and ensure alignment with project validation approach and GMP standards.
• Provide engineering support to operational teams for troubleshooting and process improvements.
