Job summary

Elmbridge UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital equipment installation projects from handover to completion. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover to service teams, ensuring on-time delivery and compliant documentation.

The role requires strong risk and cost management, stakeholder liaison, and proven ability to plan schedules, track budgets and report progress to senior operations teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing complex capital equipment, engineering or industrial installation projects.
• Experience taking projects from sales handover through design coordination, procurement, installation and completion.
• Strong project planning, risk management and change-control capability.
• Commercial awareness to protect scope and project margin.

Responsibilities

• Own project budgets and track committed, actual and forecast costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Protect gross margin through planning, purchasing coordination and resource control.
• Monitor payment milestones and invoicing alongside commercial blockers.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, production, delivery and commissioning resources.
• Ensure safe, compliant and timely project closure with formal handover to service teams.
• Act as primary delivery contact for the customer from handover to completion.
