Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Capital Projects Team in Croydon. The role supports the delivery of major strategic projects, ensuring standard project management methodologies are used across the programme.

You will be the first port of call for multiple workstreams, manage programme plans, and keep the team on track while coordinating admin, planning, and finances.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting capital projects and major programmes.
• Ability to maintain configuration management and documentation.
• Experience with PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder liaison with internal and external groups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain configuration management for all schemes in the Capital Programme.
• Ensure internal and external project reporting structures are followed.
• Support governance and scoping across projects.
• Provide admin, planning, coordination, and financial support to project teams.
• Liaise with stakeholders and support capital budget management.
• Assist Capital Project Managers with project management best practices.
• Support team meetings and project workshops.
