Hull City Council is seeking a Capital Programme Manager within the Major Projects Team to drive a broad portfolio of capital and revenue projects across the city. The role focuses on delivering sound business cases, securing procurement methods, and coordinating senior officers to deliver major regeneration, heritage, schools, city plan and city of culture legacy priorities.

The post-holder will work with regeneration partners to transform learning and life opportunities, reporting to the Head

Qualificações

• Experience leading capital investment programmes and delivering complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building with partners and funders.
• Ability to develop business cases and procurement strategies for regeneration schemes.
