Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Project Officer to manage a portfolio of housing development and regeneration schemes. You will work with developers, contractors, consultants and local communities to bring forward new housing sites, coordinate milestones, and unlock opportunities for growth and investment.

The role requires knowledge of housing delivery, planning, construction, development or project management, with strong communication and partnership-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of housing delivery, planning, construction, development or project management, with excellent communication and partnership building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled input and project management for Neighbourhood Renewal programme.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of housing development and regeneration schemes.
• Engage with residents, developers, contractors, consultants and partner organisations to deliver projects.
• Support strategy, procurement, governance and financial oversight to deliver housing schemes within timeframes.
