Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take projects from ideas through feasibility, planning, construction and handover, on time and on budget.
• Provide leadership on capital projects ranging from large-scale mixed-use regeneration to infrastructure schemes.
• Engage with communities, develop business cases, draft funding bids, managing the submission of planning applications and project managing the direct delivery of capital projects and working with internal, external and community partners.
• You will need proven experience of managing teams, appointing and managing consultants, managing budgets, working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships with clients and contractors to deliver construction projects.
