CSC’s Capital Markets team in Jersey seeks a Manager of Transaction Management to lead a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing team. You will develop talent, coach colleagues, and drive career progression while ensuring effective delivery of SPV structures and capital market transactions.

With a strong emphasis on leadership and client service, you will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and CSC offices to support decision-making and service delivery.
