Job summary

Montresor Legal in London is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Support Lawyer to join its Capital Markets team. The role supports a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, working with lawyers, clients and external advisers through transaction management, documentation, due diligence, CPs and signing and closing.

Candidates should have 2+ years' experience in a top law firm or in-house legal team with capital markets exposure, including documentation and execution

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer within a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience supporting Capital Markets transactions, ideally across debt and/or equity.
• Strong transactional experience, including documentation, conditions precedent, due diligence and execution processes.
• Exposure to Banking & Finance or transaction management.
