Job summary

Montresor Legal is seeking a Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join a leading global investment bank in London. The role offers an excellent move in-house for an associate with 2-4 years' PQE from a top-tier firm to work closely with front-office stakeholders on a broad range of DCM transactions.

You will advise on EMTN programmes and standalone issuances, review and negotiate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions while developing commercial relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' PQE gained at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong debt capital markets experience.
• EMTN programmes experience and broad range of fixed-income products preferred.
• Excellent technical skills with strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Advise on debt capital markets transactions, including EMTN programmes and standalone issuances.
• Review, draft and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Provide legal support to business and control functions on regulatory and product-related matters.
• Work closely with external counsel and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and legal projects within the wider team.
