MNK Group is looking for an experienced Paralegal to provide extensive support to its Legal team in London. The role will involve assisting with corporate transactions and due diligence processes, as well as managing transaction documentation.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This role offers exposure to complex transactions across various jurisdictions and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a paralegal in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal function.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency in legal review and drafting processes.

• Provide paralegal support throughout the lifecycle of corporate transactions.
• Assist in the collation of legal and regulatory due diligence materials.
• Support preparation of legal due diligence reports and transaction summaries.
